Scott Reed brings over 20 years of construction experience to his role as a home inspector. Raised on a farm in central Pennsylvania, he cultivated carpentry skills early, which led to a career spanning roof truss assembly, storage shed building, and trailer reflooring. Scott later broadened his expertise, working as a materials consultant and designer, gaining valuable insights into building product manufacturing and design. Known for understanding each client’s unique needs, Scott now lives in Hampstead, Maryland, with his girlfriend and three children. In his free time, he enjoys collecting model trains and cheering for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
