Rachel Oslund has been a home inspector for over a decade, combining her passion for education with her expertise in the field. Inspired by her father, a former Army veteran turned inspector, Rachel joined the profession and worked alongside him for many years. Outside of inspections, she enjoys bike rides with her husband and hiking with their three rescue dogs. Rachel also dedicates her time to teaching homebuyer seminars and continuing education classes for Realtors across Maryland. As Chair of the Education Committee for the Howard County Association of Realtors and a Maryland Governor’s Appointee to the Commission of Appraisers and Home Inspectors, Rachel is deeply involved in advancing the industry and staying current on issues affecting buyers, sellers, and homeowners.
