Kate Johnson, our Head Inspector and Trainer, brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and curiosity to every inspection. Growing up as the oldest child in a military family, she learned construction basics early and honed her skills in tiling, framing, and deck building. With over two decades as a licensed private investigator, Kate’s inquisitive nature makes her exceptional at uncovering how homes operate and ensuring everything works as it should. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two adult children, rescue greyhounds, and cats, and serves as a swim meet official. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and her ability to empower them with a deeper understanding of their homes.
