With a background in construction and property management, Ian Collado’s transition to home inspection was a seamless one. His deep understanding of building systems, combined with a passion for safety and efficiency, has made him a standout in the field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ian pursued his home inspection certification and has since earned multiple specialized credentials. Fluent in Spanish, Ian excels at connecting with a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing on his boat with his black lab, Lydia, attending concerts, and spending time with family. A dedicated ice hockey player for over two decades, Ian is also an enthusiastic LA Kings fan.
